Orders and payment

An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and Maple Moose Creations determines that the requested product and personalization can be produced. We may contact you for clarification or cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill.

Custom work

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate names, dates, artwork, and instructions. Colors, grain, engraving, and handmade details may vary from on-screen previews.

Customer-provided content

You confirm that you have permission to use any artwork, logo, photograph, trademark, or other content you submit. We may decline material that is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with shop policies.

Timing and shipping

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, supply availability, and the time needed to approve custom details may affect delivery.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
